MATTERS ARISING

Highways: KR confirmed that the first meeting of the Action group had been held and that there was to be a meeting between Highways and Tewkesbury School to evaluate ideas of an additional lane on motorway slip road into Tewkesbury together with a bus lay-by outside the school to reduce congestion. A number of other suggestions had been taken forward. KR to advise as matters progress

J9 Website: following further thought and discussion, Abid Nasser would prefer to post all items personally and not grant direct access to individual pages to other agencies at this time. KR to liaise with various departments at Tewkesbury BC together with Highways Agency.

J9 – THE FUTURE
- Previous meetings had concluded that J9 BG should develop closer working relationships with other business networks. Bruce Keen to be liaison with Chamber of Trade, Abid Nasser with FSB, and Richard Perry with the IoD. Invitations to J9 meetings to be circulated.
- It was also felt that the current quarterly meetings could be increased in frequency to engage more people more often. As a result of the success of holding meetings at a host company allowing them opportunity to showcase their business, it was agreed that:
